It’s said that more millionaires were created after the Great Depression than during any other time in history. What does that mean for you? This so-called recession is a great time to start your own business.
I first heard about Ladies Who Launch (LWL) about three years ago now. I joined and incubated my current business (well, an earlier version of this current business, that is) a little over two years ago. I still attend their monthly meetings when I can.
Not only does the organization help you to walk through the process of incubating or starting a business, but it’s also a great source for networking. In fact, some of my closet friends I’ve met through LWL. One of my dear friends actually just became a leader for the organization.
