Yes, it happened site wide which was what prompted me to set up this series of posts. But then, it starts to appear again. Since like.. yesterday (maybe). I went to Settings > Privacy Settings ... I only presented with: Profile Information Contact Information Application and Websites Search Block List No more Settings > Privacy Settings > News Feed and Wall WTF?!
