Have You Set Up Your Squeeze Page Yet?

I’ll admit it, I haven’t. Yet.

To be completely honest, for the past year or so I struggled with two things: 1) I didn’t really see the point of the whole squeeze page thing and 2) I didn’t know how to actually set one up.  I know quite a few colleagues that are having great successes through their pages so my interest is once again piqued.

A while back, I discovered Mark Widawer of TrafficandConversion.com and his tips and tools for creating the squeeze page. Granted, I still haven’t actually gotten around to getting mine up yet, but now that I’m on summer break, I figure it’s about time to get things moving.  Thanks to Mark’s tips, I was able to easily create my simple opt-in page for an ebook promotion I had set up.

If you’re still stuck on setting up your squeeze page, then check out this video geared towards the beginner.  While it won’t walk you through the HTML coding that goes on to create the actual site, it does touch upon the very items your page needs to include and why.
